Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube & Scrap kit of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Nueva Std Cond Regular
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 412 by Vix

I used the awesome artwork of Cuddly Rigor Mortis
You will need a license from CDO to use her work
Please do not use Kristin’s work without purchasing a license first.
I used the matching kit by TammyKat for this tutorial, the kit is only available from CDO and with this tube package, you can view the kit and tube package here

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400
Flood fill with white
Open frame 2 and resize to 300pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your main canvas
Position towards the bottom

Open either o the cages (I used cage 2)
Resize to 150pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer on to your main canvas
Position on the left hand edge of the frame
Add a drop shadow of choice to your cage layer – I used:
V&H – 2 / Opacity – 65 / Blur – 4 / Color – Black

Activate your white background
Open a paper of choice – I used PaperDot3
Resize the paper to 300pixels
Position the paper behind the frame
Select your selection too with these settings:

Draw a selection round the frame

Make sure the paper layer is the active one
Press delete on your keyboard once

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed – I resized by 65% all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best

Duplicate your tube layer
Move the copy above the cage layer on your layer palette
On the copy erase parts of the tube you want behind the frame and cage

Now activate the original tube layer and erase the parts that are outside the frame
Note: I unhide my top tube on the screen shot below

Activate the White Background layer
Open a paper of choice (I used PaperSpots) and resize to 350pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from disk,
Find Vix_Mask414 or one of choice

Erase any parts of the mask that are below the frame
I drew a selection round the area so you can see

If required, move the mask layer down slightly
Erase any mask layer your can see below the frame again

Copy and paste the yellow feather as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Rotate 12 degrees right
Make sure this layer is directly above the Mask layer

Copy and paste the black feather as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Rotate 38 degrees left

Open Wordart 1 and resize by 40%
Position above the feathers
Duplicate and on the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Open the PawPrint Border
Using your selection tool – same settings as before
Draw a selection round one of the paw prints
Copy and paste this onto your main canvas
Resize by 50% all layer unchecked

Add your artists credit and your own taggers watermark as a new layer

Now hide all layers except the 2 feather layers
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation
Effects, Inset Image Effect – Choose Underwater

Then click Customize

These are the wave settings I used, feel free to use your own
Wave 1 X = 0 / Y = 28
Wave 2 X = 44 / Y = 12
Wave 3 X = 26 / Y = -19
Wave 4 X = -18 / Y = -23
Wave 5 X = -32 / Y = 10
Wave 6 X = 12 / Y = 17
Wave 7 X = 21 / Y = -3
Wave 8 X = 0 / Y = -17
Wave 9 X = -18 / Y = -5
Wave 10 X = -11 / Y = 14
Wave 11 thru 15 X = 0 / Y = 0

In all honesty I just made a pretty pattern lol

Scroll over and click on Frame 1
Now delete this frame
