Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Animation Shop
Font of Choice – I used Elephants In Cherry Trees
*optional* Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
My wordart Here (font used is Do I Like Stripes?)
WSL_Mask81 by Chelle
Photografreak kit by Pimp’d Designz or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of PinUpToons
I purchased these tubes when Rion was with CILM, he is now licensed with CDO
Please do not use Rion’s work without purchasing a license

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400
Flood fill with white
Open a paper of choice and resize to 350pixels wide
Copy and paste a new layer onto your canvas

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for WSL_Mask81 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Open Print2, resize to 275 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position over to the right of your mask layer

Open Frame2, resize to 350pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move down slightly on your canvas
Activate your mask layer again
Copy and paste your 1st tube as a new layer
Position the face in the frame – resizing if needed
Activate the frame layer and grab your mgic wand
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: checked
Click inside the frame where your tube is
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate your tube layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Repeat for the other frame using another tube of choice
With your top tube the active layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate this layer
On the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur -Radius set to 3
Change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy)
Lower the opacity to about 65

Activate the Frame layer
Add a drop shadow of choice I used
V: 0 / H: 4 / Opcity: 55 / Blur: 15.35 / Color: Black

Activate the Print layer
Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer
Position your tube behind your frame where it loks best
Erase any tube that is below your frame layer
Add a drop shadow of choice I used
V: 3 / H: 4 / Opacity: 85 / Blur: 15.35 / Color: Black

Open the Camera Charm and resize by 75%, all layers unchecked
Copy and paste onto your main canvas
Move to the top of your layer palette
Add the same drop shadow as on your tube

Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: checked
Draw a selection round the lens of the camera

Selections, Promote selection to layer
Selections, None
Duplicate the promoted layer

On the 1st promoted layer, rename Cam 1
Adjust, Brightness & Contrast, Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -40 / Contrast: 0

On the 2nd promoted layer, rename Cam 2
Adjust, Brightness & Contrast, Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: 40 / Contrast: 0

Open the Flash and resize to 35%, all layers unchecked
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position over the lens of cam2
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Hide Cam2 for now

Move this canvas to one side for now
Open the wordart provided
Delete the Background & Credit layers
Using your Manual Color Correction tool {mini tut Here}
Recolor the word art to suit your image
Each word is on its own layer so you can recolor it differently (if you want)
Once you are happy with your wordart
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer onto your main canvas
Position where it looks best

Select your text tool and choose your font
Foreground set to null
Background to a color/paper of choice
I used 3 different papers from the kit (6, 7 & 8)
Create as vector & Anit-Alias both checked
Add your name
Use the nodes to angle and/or stretch your text (if needed)
When happy convert to raster

Optional, add an Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow to your name

Add a drop shadow of choice to your name I used
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 64 / Blur: 9.65 / Color: Black

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermrk as a new layer

Hide your white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Unhide your white background again

Ensure Cam2 is still hidden
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open in Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

Back to PSP
Hide Cam1 and unhide Cam2
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame

Staying in AS
Click on Frame 1 so it gets both a blue and red box round it
Animation, Frame Properties
Set this to 150

Leave frame 2 as is
Save as a gif file
All Done Smile
