Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Carlotta
20-20 Mask, I don’t know who made this so can’t provide it or a link
Filters Unlimited 2 – Paper Texture
MuRa’s Meisters – Copies
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Selina Fenech
You will need a license from CDO to use her work.
Please do not use Selina’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500×175
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Star Cluster preset
You may have to fiddle with the number to get the canvas covered, mine was set to 12
Duplicate and hide the copy for now

On the original
Effects, Art Media Effects, Brush Strokes

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position on the far left hand side
Crop your canvas back to 500×175
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for the 20-20 mask or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename T1

Duplicate and image, mirror
Rename T2

Copy and paste your tube again as new layer
Leave in the center of your canvas
However choose a different focal point – I used the hands
Crop your canvas back to 500×175
Repeat the mask on this layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename T3

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer above your 3 tube layers
Effects, Plugins,  Filters Unlimited 2.0 – Paper Textures
Choose the Canvas, Fine preset
Intensity: 74 / Lightness: 87
Rename Canvas
Move T2 above this layer on your layer palette
Duplicate T2
Just to make it stand out more

Move copy of Raster 2, below your 2 T2 layers
Unhide and change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to about 50

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Add a new raster layer, make sure this is the top layer
Flood fill with a dark color of choice
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 1 pixel
Press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Image, Add Borders
Symmetric: checked, set border width to 12
Set the color one from your image – not the same color your just used though
Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the border
Edit, Paste into selection
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius of 2
Selections, None

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your dark color again
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 1 pixel
Press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
Duplicate and on the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius of 4

Select your text tool and choose your font
Set your foreground to null and your background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Position where it looks best
When happy convert to raster

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Play about with the blend modes & opacity levelsuntil you get a look you like
I used Multiply and lowered the opacity to 63

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save a jpg/png
All Done Smile

On this one, I used Fibrous Paper instead of Canvas Fine, I also added animation using Ripples from Eye Candy 5:Nature
