This tube was actually and exclusive tube for Diamond members in October 2011, so this one can not be purchased
Let’s Start
Note: When opening items from the kit, ensure you duplicate the item/paper BEFORE resizing

Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas
Open Cloud 1, copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas
Move the cloud up and to the right slightly
Then drag the cloud layer below the frame layer on your layer palette
Grab your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: point to point / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Zoom in and carefully trace around the glitter edge of the cloud
You only need to trace the glitter edge above the frame, anything inside the frame can be ignored
