Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Champagne & Limousines
DSB Flux – Blast & Bubble
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Template 3 by Rosey from CreativeMisfitsCreations
I used the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac
You will need a license from Xeracx to use his work
Please do not use Ismael’s work without purchasing a license first
Note: For this tutorial we will be using the Manual Color Correction tool, you can find a mini tut on finding & using this Here
Let’s Start
Open Rosey’s template 3, press shift + d to duplicate and close the original
Delete Raster 12, the credits
Resize if you prefer itty bitty tags like me
Activate Raster 3
Using your Manual Color Correction (MCC) tool recolor this layer to a color form your tube
Duplicate this layer
On the original, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 10
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Blast
Direction: Left / Percentage (%): 10
Now repeat the Blast but change the direction to Right
Duplicate this layer, working on the copy
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bubbles

Lower the opacity of this layer to about 60
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Activate Raster 4 and recolor the same as Raster 3
Activate Raster 2
Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
Gap Size: 1 / Width: 3 / Opacity: 1 / Both colors set to white / Fill Gaps: Checked
Now add a drop shadow of choice to this layer I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 5 / Color: Black
Now repeat the drop shadow changing the V&H to -2
Activate Copy of Raster 10
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Recolor to a color from your tube
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Modify, Contract by 5 pixels
Selections, Promote Selection to layer
Ensure you are now on the promoted layer
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels
Press delete on your keyboard once
Selections, None
Still on the promoted layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 100
Repeat the same 2 drop shadows you used on Raster 2
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Activate Copy of Raster 11
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Recolor to a color from your tube
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels
Selections, Invert
Selections, Promote selection to layer
Selections, None
Making sure you are on the promoted layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 50
Repeat the same 2 drop shadows you used your previous layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Activate Raster 5
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds
Width: 2 / Opacity: 15 / Color: A light color from your tube / Both check boxes checked
Activate Raster6 and duplicate 3 times
Rename the layers 1, 2, 3 & 4, with 1 being the original
Hide layers 2, 3 & 4
Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Replace / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the first dot (top left)
Using your MCC recolor to a color from your tube/image
Click your magic wand in dot 2 (top right)
Recolor to a different color from your tube/image
Click your magic wand in dot 3 (bottom right)
Recolor to a different color from your tube/image
Click your magic wand in dot 4 (bottom left)
Recolor to a different color from your tube/image
Selections, None
Copy and paste this layer as a new image
Position so you can see both this new image and your main tag image
Hide layer 1 and unhide and actve layer 2
Click your magic wand inside dot 1
Recolor to the color you used for dot 4
Click your magic wand inside dot 2
Recolor to the color you used for dot 1
You want to move each color along by a dot each time
Repeat the whole process for layers 3 & 4
You should have each color in a different dot on each layer

Rehide layers, 2, 3 & 4
Activate Raster 8
Recolor to suit your dots, I went with a very very light pink
Now add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 1 / Opactiy: 50 / Blur: 5 / Color: Black
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed
Position in the center of the tag
If your tube has a solid edge at the bottom (like mine)
Grab your selection tool
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Draw a selection round the bottom of your tube

Selections, Modify, Feather by 25 pixels
Now press delete on your keyboard to give your tube a soft edge
Selections, None
Add a drop shadow of choice to your tube I used:
V: -4 / H: 10 / Opacity: 35 / Blur: 7 / Color: Black
Select your text tool and choose your font
Foreground set to null, background to a color of choice from your image
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add you name
Position where it looks best
When happy convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
For the glow colors choose 2 complimenting colors from your dots

Add a dro pshadow of choice I used:
V&H: 4 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 5 / Color: Black
Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Ensure layers 2, 3 & 4 are all hidden
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open up Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation
Back to PSP
Hide layer 1 and unhide layer 2
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Hide layer 2 and unhide layer 3
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Hide layer 3 and unhide layer 4
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame
Staying in AS
Edit, Select All
Animation, Frame Properties – set this to 25
Save as a gif file
