Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X2 but this will work in any version
Tube & Image of choice
Font of your choice
Mura’s Meister – Copies
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Lokas – 3D Shadow *optional*
Friendship WordArt by Bethany {here}
BlanketOfStars Brush by Pange {here}

I used the awesome artwork of Maryline Cazenave
You will need a license from cdo to use her work
Please do not use Maryline’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 250
Copy and paste your image as a new layer
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Select the Wallpaper (Rotate) setting
Effects, Distortion Effects, Wind
Wind Direction – From the Right / Wind Strength – 100
Repeat twice more
Now change the Wind direction to From the Left and apply 3 times
Adjust, Blur – Motion Blur
Angle – 90 / Strength – 100
Repeat the motion blur once more

Crop your image to 600×250
Duplicate your layer
On the copy change the blend mode to screen or overlay or another that looks good
You want to make your canvas a little brighter
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Effects, Distortion Effect, Ripple

Duplicate your layer again
Change the blend mode on the copy to Soft Light or one of your choice
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Add a new layer
Grab your brush tool and find the BlanketOfStars 001 brush or one of your choice
Set your foreground to white
Click your brush a few times on your canvas
When happy change the blend mode to Soft Light

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed
Add a drop shadow of choice
I used Lokas 3D Shadow

Open the wordart
It’s a little on the huge side lol
Image, Resize – 350pixels wide
Resize all layers checked
Copy and paste on to you canvas
Position towards the top on the right, leave a gap at the top and side

Still on the wordart layer
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Activate your background
Selections, Promote selection to layer
Selections, None

On the promoted layer – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Change the blend mode to Multiply
Delete the original wordart layer

Activate your background layer
Duplicate and Layers, Arrange, Bring to top
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 3 pixels
Press delete
Selections, None
Change the blend mode to Screen

Still with your text tool active select a font – I used HisNameIsHoney
Set your foreground to null, background set to a colour from your image
Create as vector and Anti-Alias checked
Add your name
Use the nodes to stretch and/or angle if your text if required
When happy convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Set the colour to a lighter shade of your text colour
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used
V&H – 1 / Opacity – 50 / Blur – 5 / Colour – A darker shade of your text colour

I resized my whole tag by 80% (all layers checked) as I wanted a smaller tag
Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark

Save as jpg/png
