Bliss

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Miss Robertson
Fairy Bliss Kit by Kristin or one of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Rachel Anderson
You will need a license from CDO to use her work
Please do not use Rachel’s work without purchasing a license first

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600×250
Open a paper of choice – I used Paper 15
Paste as a new layer
Position so the top part of the paper if at the top of your canvas
Open another paper of choice – I used Paper 14
Paste as a new layer
Reposition the paper tilly ou like what you see – I set it so you could see the top of the tree
Change the blend mode on the top paper to Overlay

Open Sparkles 2 from the kit
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas
Position towards the top of the canvas

Open the DragonflySparkles
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position at the bottom of your canvas

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Move your tube layer below the DragonflySparkles layer (layers, arrange, move down)
Duplicate your tube, on the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 5
Lower the opacity to about 35

Open the borders from the kit
Draw a selection round the bottom border
Edit, Copy
Now Paste as a new layer onto your main canvas
Position on the bottom left hand side of the canvas
Duplicate and on the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 3
Lower theopacity to about 71
On the original layer
Lower the opacity to about 65

Add a new raster layer and move it to the top of your layer palette
Flood fill with white
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 5 pixels
Press delete on your keyboard once
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Modify, Contract by 1 pixel
Add a new raster layer, flood fill with a complimenting color
Selections, None
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise – Add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome – checked / Noise set to 25%
Activate the white frame layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used
V&H – 1 / Opacity – 80 / Blur – 3 / Color – a dark color from your image
Repeat the drop shadow changing the V&H to -1 (minus 1)

Select your text tool and choose a scripty font
Set your foreground to null
Background to white
Create as vector and anti-alias both checked
Add your name
Position where it looks best and convert to raster
Add a strong drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H – 1 / Opacity – 80 / Blur – 3 / Color – A dark shade from my tag

Add your artists copyrights and own taggers watermark as a new layer

Save as jpg/png
All Done 🙂
