Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Miss Stephams
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 12 by Staci
Kit of Choice – I used A Fairytale by PolkaDot Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Jennifer Janesko
You will need a license from CDO to use her work
Please do not use Jennifer’s work without purchasing a license first

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400, flood fill with white
Add a new raster layer
Selections, All
Open a paper of choice
Copy and paste into selection
Selections, None

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Find MB and SW Mask12 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to Canvas and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Move the mask up and to the left of your canvas

Open a round frame of choice
Resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your working canvas
Duplicate your frame layer
On the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 15
Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
Gap Size – 1 / Width – 4 / Opacity – 1 / Weave & Gap Color – Black / Fill Gaps – Checked

Activate the copy of frame
Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode – Add (shift) / Match Mode – RGB Value / Tolerance – 10 / Feather – 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias – Checked
Select inside your frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels

Activate your mask layer and add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color of choice from your mask layer
Keep selected
Add another new raster layer
Copy and paste another paper of choice into selection
Selections, None
On the paper layer, change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy)
Lower the opacity to about 57

Keep selected
Copy and paste your close up/facial tube as a new layer
Resize if needed – I resized by 65%
Position inside the frame
Duplicate and on the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 15
Selections, Invert
With the tube layer active, press delete on your keyboard once
Repeat on the other tube layer
Selections, None
On the blurred tube layer, lower the opacity to about 61

Add any additional elements from the kit to jazz up your tag

Grab your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a color from your tag
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy with the placement, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow

Then add a slight drop shadow – I used:
V&H – 1 / Opacity – 35 / Blur – 6 / Color – Black

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background layer
Crop away excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
