Now let’s make the tag lol
I did it this way to avoid confusion later on as we will be animating another part of the tag and the timing on the next part needs to be faster

Keep layers 1 & 2 hidden we don’t need them now

Resize to 350 pixels wide, all layers unchecked
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your main canvas
Make sure this is your top layer (Layers, Arrange, Bring to top)

Open el1 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste onto your main canvas
Move below your frame below
Position so the cards are poking out from the top of the frame
Add a drop shadow of choice I used
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 66 / Blur: 10.89 / Color: Black

Copy and paste your image of choice as a new layer
Resize if needed – I resized by 75% all layers unchecked

Duplicate the ribbon layer
Move the copy below the frame layer

I hid the copy of ribbon in the screen shot below so you can see where I erased

Now activate the copy
Erase the parts you don’t need
You just want to keep the parts that make the ribbon full in the areas you want

Now rename the 2 ribbon layers 1a and 1b
Duplicate them both 2 times
