Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Buffet Script
Punks Template 5 by Scrap Rebellion
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Lokas Software – 3D Shadow
Xero – Porcelain & Radiance
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Natalie VonRaven
You will need a license from CDO to use her work.
Please do not use Natalie’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open PunksTemplate5, press shift+D to duplicate and close the original
Resize to a canvas size you like to work with, I resized to 400 pixels wide
Delete the Info layer

Activate Square 2
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Wall Paper (rotate) preset
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Radiance
Effects, Texture Effects, Mosiac – Antique
No of Columns: 25 / No of Rows: 25 / Tile Diffusion (%): 53 / Grout Width: 1 / Grout Diffusion (%); 56

Select Square 1
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Invert
Activate your mosiac layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Duplicate your mosiac layer
On the copy
Image, Mirror
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate this layer
On the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 6

Activate the copy of mosiac layer
Lower the opacity to about 36
Delete Square 1 and 2

Activate the Inner Frame layer
Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Click outside the inner frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels

Activate the Circle layer
Using your Manual Color Correction tool {mini tut here}
Recolor to one from your tube
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds
Width: 2 / Opacity: 30 / Color: Black / Horizontal & Light from left/top: Checked
Selections, Invert
Recolor the middle of the circle to grey (#808080)

Keep Selected
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position part inside the selected area
Selections, Invert
With your tube layer active, press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Change the blend mode on your tube to Luminance (Legacy)
Lower the opacity to about 63
Duplicate this layer
Keep the opacity at 63 but change the blend mode to Soft Light
Selections, None

Activate the Outer Frame layer
Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 12.87 / Color: Black
Add the same drop shadow to the Inner Frame too

Activate the Rectangle layer
Put the opacity up to 100
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Duplicate twice
Move one of the copies to the top of the inner frame
Move the other copy to the bottom of the inner frame
Erase any parts of all 3 rectangle layers that are outside the inner frame

Select your LG Stars layer
Recolor using your manual color correction tool to a matching color
Duplicate this layer
On the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 6
Repeat for the SM Stars chosing a different color

Select the wordart layer
Using your magic wand with the same settings as before select inside the 3rd and 6th letters
Recolor to a color to match your tag
Selections, None
Select inside the 2nd & 5th letters
Recolor these another color

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed
Add a drop shadow of choice I used Lokas Software 3D Shadow

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Use the nodes to stretch/angle your text as required
When happy with the size and placement, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
