Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Babe
Eye Candy 6: Text Selection – Gradient Glow
Mask 71InsatiableDreams by Cat (in Masks4)
WitchMe kit by Pimp’d Designz or one of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Amy Matthews

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame3 from the kit
Resize to 224 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas
Duplicate twice so your have 3 layers

On the original layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 5

Open a paper of choice – I used paper7
Recolor if needed
Resize to 300pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position above the blurred frame layer on your canvas

Layers, Load/Save mask, Load mask from Disk
Look for 71InsatiableDreams or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Position between the top two frames on your layer palette

Add a drop shadow of choice to your tube I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 80 / Blur: 11.38 / Color: Black

Erase any part of your tube that is outside the frame
I drew a selection round the area I deleted

Activate the top frame
Erase parts of the frame that cover the main parts of your tube
Again I drew a selection round the areas

Open Ribbon 2 from the kit and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position below your tube layer on your layer palette
Erase any part of the top frame that covers your ribbon
Erase any ribbon that sticks out of the frame

Select your preset shape tool and set it to ellipse
Foreground set to null, background set to any color
Activate your white background layer
Hold your shift key and draw a circle slightly larger than your frame

Leave your vector circle as it is
Activate your mask layer
Select your text tool and choose your font
Set your foreground to null, background to a dark color
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Place your curser on the edge of the vector circle
You should get a symbol like this +A) or +T) (depending on your version of PSP)
Add your message of choice I wrote Team Cora
Repeat your text till you have it 3 times
You may need to fiddle with your text size
When happy with the text Convert to Raster
You can now delete the vector circle layer as we don’t need it anymore

Working on the text layer
Draw a selection round the first and third message
Selections, Promote selection to layer
Activate the original text layer and press delete
Selections, None

Working on the promoted layer
Using your Manual Color Correction tool {mini tut here}
Change the color of your text to a color from your tag
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 6: Text Selection – Gradient Glow

Duplicate this layer
On the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 5

On the original text layer, duplicate
On the copy
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 5

Add your name using the same font
Add the same Gradient Glow but change both colors to the color of your promoted layer text
Now add the Gradient Glow again but change the first node back to Black

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits (if required) and your own taggers watermark as a new layer

Hide your white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
