Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Southern Aire
DSB Flux – Bubbles
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
WSL Mask 360 by Chelle
AM Artist Series: 03 Kit by Pimp’d Designz or kit of choice

You can purchase her work and a license from CDO.
Please do not use Amy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 2 from the kit and resize to 275 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate this layer, rename the copy Frame
On the original, rename Bubbles
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur with a radius of 15
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bubbles

Open 2 papers of choice the kit – I used 2 & 3
Resize both to 350 pixels wide
Activate your white background layer
Copy and paste the darker one as a new layer
Copy and paste the lighter paper as a new layer above the darker one

Working on the dark paper layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for WSL_Mask360 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Lower the opacity of this layer to 59
Rename Mask 1

On the lighter paper layer, apply the same mask
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Now Image, Mirror
Rename Mask 2

Open the Glitter from the kit and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer above the mask layers
Image, Flip the glitter
Position where it looks best behind the frame
Erase any excess glitter from the canvas
I selected the area I wanted to keep in the screenie below

Duplicate the Glitter layer
On the copy, Image, Mirror
Staying on the copy, Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Grab your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: both checked
Activate Frame layer and click inside with your wand
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer, move below the Frame layer
Open a paper of choice – I used 1
Copy and paste the paper into selection
Selections, None
Rename Frame Back

Open Mat1 and resize to 150 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer above Frame Back
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees left
Duplicate this layer
Line the edge if the copy up with the edge of the original to create a line longer than the width of the frame
With the copy active, Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Position in the middle of the frame
Erase any excess from outside the frame
Change the blend mode to Soft Light or one of choice

Open Frames 3 & 4 from the kit
Resize both to 25%
Activate your Frame layer
Copy and paste both heart frames as new layers
Image, Mirror one of them
Position on either side of the main frame

Open 2 papers of choice I used 2 & 5
Resize both to 400 pixels
Copy and paste both as new layers
Move so they are both below the heart frame layers

Grab your magic wand again with the same settings
Select inside one of the heart frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate one of the paper layers and press delete
Selections, None
Rename the paper layer H Paper 1
Rename the heart you selected inside Heart 1
Repeat for other heart frame and paper
Rename H Paper 2 and Heart 2

Add a drop shadow of choice to both the heart layers I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 6 / Color: Black

Open Heart 2 from the kit and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move to the top of your layers palette (Layers, Arrange, Bring to top)
Position between the two heart frames
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice to this heart layer I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 9.90 / Color: Black

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer – resize if needed
Move above the Frame layer on your layer palette
Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: checked
Draw a selection round the tube for the part(s) you want in front of the hearts
To make it easier, duplicate your tube, move to the top of the layer palette then reduce the opacity
That’s what I did in the screenie below

If you duplicated the tube, delete the copy now
On the original tube layer
Selections, Promote selection to layer
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer above the heart layers on your layer palette
Erase any excess tube from below the heart layers
I selected the area to be deleted on my screenie below

Add a drop shadow of choice to your tube layer I used’;
V: 0 / H: 10 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 9.90 / Color: Black

Hide the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a color/paper of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Use the nodes around your text to stretch and/or angle as required
When happy with the size and placement, convert to raster
Add the same gradient glow as used on the small heart
Add the same drop shadow (V&H: 0 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 9.90 / Color: Black)

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits (if required) and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background
Save as a jpg/png
All Done

Here’s another same using a different element from the kit instead of the frame. Artwork is by Anthony Guerra, who is sadly no longer selling tubes. I also used WSL_Mask171 twice in the background on 2 different papers. Font used on this one is LHF Bounce Script.
