Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Smitten Kitten by kevin{&}amanda
Eye Candy 5:Impact – Motion Trail
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Lokas Software – 3D Shadow
Xero – Fritillary
BigMask016 by Vix
IB Caron Vinson 66-1 by TKDezigns or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Caron Vinson
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO.
Please do not use Caron’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open the frame from the kit and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Open Element 11 and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Star
Move below the Frame layer on your layer palette (Layers, Arrange, Move Down)
Erase any of the star that is on the left of your Frame

Open WordArt 1 and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename WA1
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees left
Position on the left hand side of your frame
Duplicate this layer
On the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 5:Impact – Motion Trail

Make sure this layer is below your Frame layer on your layer palette
Copy of WA1 should be above the Frame

On the Copy of WA1
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 6 / Color: Black

Open a paper of choice, I used paper 1
Resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Paper
Move this below your frame
Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (Shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate your frame layer and click inside
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate your paper layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize your tube if needed I resized by 65%
Position where it looks best
Add a drop shadow of choice I used Lokas Software – 3D Shadow

Open Element 8a, resize to 65 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer, position where it looks best
Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 55 / Blur: 6 / Color: Black

Open Element 2a, resize to 65 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer, position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on previous element

Open Element 10a, resize to 75 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer, position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on previous element

Open Element 10, resize to 95 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer, position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on previous element

Open a paper of choice I used paper 6
Resize to 375 pixels
Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste the paper as a new layer
Layer, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Looks for Vix_BigMask016 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Lower the opacity to about 65

Delete the white background
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Activate the top layer on your layer palette
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Line the merged layer up with the tag
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 7
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Fritillary

Change the blend mode to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to 60

Select your text tool and choose your font
Set your foreground to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best
Use the nodes to angle/stretch your text if required
When happy with size and placement – Convert to Raster
Add the same Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow you added to your WordArt
Add the same drop shadow you used on your WordArt

Add your artists copyrights, Scrap credit (if required) and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done
