Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open the Pool from the kit and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move down slightly leaving about a 70 pixel gap between the bottom of the pool and the bottom of the canvas

Open Grass 2 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move below the pool layer on your layer palette

Open Reeds and resize to 275 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position behind the pool, over the grass
Erase any reeds that are below the pool
Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 68 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black

Activate the pool layer
Open the Tree and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position on the left hand side of your pool
Add the same drop shadow as you added to your reeds

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – resize if needed (I resized by 50%)
Position your tube where it looks best – I have mine on the grass round the pool
Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V: 5 / H: 6 / Opacity: 68 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black

Open the fence and resize to 275 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position towards the bottom of the pool
Add the same drop shadow you used on the tree layer (2/2/68/6.93/black)

Open the Mushrooms and resize to 20%
Copy and paste as a new layer, position where they look best
Add the same drop shadow as you just used on the fence
Open the Mushroom and resize to 15%
Copy and paste as a new layer, positioning with the other mushrooms
Again add the same drop shadow

Open the Lantern and resize by 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Image, Mirror
Erase any excess lantern so it gives the appearance of hanging from the tree

Open Brushes Grass 2 and resize by 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position where it looks best
Duplicate and move over the left or right
Keep duplicating and moving or mirroring until you are happy with the look of the grass
