Add any extras to jazz up your tag
I used the flowers that came with my tube
I applied the mask to the flowers too
I also played with the blend modes and opacity
Play about until your are happy with the look of your tag

Hide the BG layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Unhide the BG layer again

Type out your name
Use the nodes to angle/stretch your text as required
Convert to raster

Add a drop shadow of choice I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 80 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Checked
Lower the opacity of the shadow layer to 63

Ensure layer P2 and P3 are hidden
