Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Font of Choice – I used Follow You Into The World
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Gone Bananas mini kit by DesignsBySarah

I didn’t use any artwork in this tut, just the awesome goodies that were in the mini kit. However you could adjust it to add a tube, please see second example which has a tube

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 1 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Open Twine and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Twine
Position over the right hand top corner of your frame

You may need to move your frame over to the left a wee bit

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Draw a selection round the bottom right of your frame where the Twine covers it

Activate your frame layer – Selections, Promote to layer
On the original frame layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer above the twine layer
Rename the top promoted layer Frame 2

Open a paper of choice – I used paper 3
Resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Drag down on your layer palette so its below Frame layer
You may need to move it left so it fills the frame
Grab your selection tool, same settings as before
Select the Frame

Selections, Invert
Activate the paper layer and press delete
Selections, None

Open another paper of choice – I used paper 2
Copy and paste as a new layer
You can resize if you want, I didn’t
Line your paper up inside the twine
Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select around the edge of the twine

Selections, Invert
Activate the paper layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate the top layer on your layer palette
Open Bow 3 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position along the bottom of the frame

Open Monkey 1 and resize by 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position him where it looks best
Move the monkey layer below the bow layer on your layer palette

Open Tree 1 and resize by 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position so the top of the tree is at the top of the frame
I also mirrored mine (image, Mirror)
Now erase any tree that is in front of your tag
I selected the area to be deleted in the screen shot below

Open Grass and resize by 35%, resize again by 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position where it looks best

Add a drop shadow of choice to all layers except the paper layers – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 53 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice I used green (#42842D)
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Position where you want it, use the nodes to stretch/angle if required
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow to your name

Add your scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂

Another sample using the fab art of Dean Yeagle, you can purchase his work and a license from CDO, this one is one I got from CILM.
