Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400×400 and flood fill with white
Open element 22 and resize 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename White Flower
Position towards the left of the canvas
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 55 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open element 23 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pink Flower
Image, Flip
Move down towards the bottom of the stem of the White Flower
Move this layer below the White Flower layer

Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select around the end stem of the pink flowers
I hid the white flowers so I could see all the stem

Press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
Add the same drop shadow to the pink flowers as used on the white flowers

Activate the white background layer
Add a new raster layer – name it Back
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 25 pixels
Open a paper of choice – I used 6
Copy and paste into selection
Selections, None

Staying on Back layer

Activate White Flowers layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Resize if needed – I resized by 55%
Position your tube where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on the flower layers

Open element 12 and resize to 30%
Copy and paste as a new layer over the bottom of your tube
Add the same drop shadow
Duplicate if needed and reposition

Select your preset shape tool and choose ellipse
Set your foreground to ANY color and background to null
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Line width set to about 5
Draw an ellipse round your tag area

Do not convert the vector ellipse
Add a new layer above the vector shape layer – name it AB
Select your text tool and choose your font
Foreground set to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Place your mouse over the edge of the shape until you get a +A) or +T) symbol
Click and add your text of choice
Position where it looks best round the shape
Convert your text to raster
Delete layer AB and the vector shape layer

Keep your text tool active
Same settings as before – I change my background color
Add your name – position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add your artists copyrights, scraps credits (if required) and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
