In My Heart

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X4 but any version will do
Close Up Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Authentic Hilton
DSB Flux – Blast & Bubbles
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Cluster 2 from Cluster Pack 7 by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Jennifer Janesko
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO.
Please do not use Jennifer’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open Cluster 2 from the pack, press shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Delete the Word Art and 3 Diamond Dangle layers
Resize if you prefer smaller tags, I resized to 375 pixels wide, All layers checked
Increase your canvas size a little, I increased to 400×400
Add a new layer, name it BG
Flood fill this layer with white
Layers, Arrange, Send to bottom

Activate the Gold Heart layer
Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (Shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Gold Heart
Add a new raster layer – name it Paper Back
Move this above your BG layer
Open the paper that came with the cluster pack or a paper of choice
Copy and paste into the selection
Keep Selected

Copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer
Position within the frame
Try to get an eye or other focal point inside the wire at the top
Resize your tube if needed – I resized by 85% all layers Unchecked
Selections, Invert – press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
Rename Tube 1

Move Wire Doodle 1 down and left slightly so it is touching the red heart
I zoomed in alot for this screen shot below lol

Select your Freehand Selection Tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select around the wire part of the doodle that it round your tube

Ensure Tube 1 is the active layer
Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
Selections, None
Rename the promoted layer Top Tube
Duplicate Top Tube – rename the copy Top Tube 2
Change the Blend Mode on Top Tube 2 to Screen

Activate Tube 1 again and duplicate
On the original, change the Blend Mode to Luminance (legacy)
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – Radius set to 6
Lower the opacity to 61
Select your magic wand again – same settings as before
Activate the Gold Heart and click outside it
Activate Copy of Tube 1 and press delete
Selections, None

Select your Pen tool with these settings:
Mode: Draw lines & Polylines / Create on Vector: Checked / Line style: Solid / Width: 45 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Set your Foreground to #C0C0C0, Background set to null
Hold down your Shift key and draw a vertical line on the left side of the heart

Convert to raster
Erase any excess line that is outside your heart frame
Change the Blend Mode to Screen

Activate Red Heart and press Shift + G to open Gamma Correction
Set all values to 0.7

Repeat the Gamma Correction on both Ribbon layers

On Red Heart, Wire Doodle 1 & 2 and Ribbon 1 & 2, add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 64 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Delete the BG layer, crop away any excess canvas
Then increase the canvas back to your original size but put a little more space on the left

Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Activate the top layer, Edit, Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Line this up with the other layers
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom

Working on the Blur layer
Adjust, Blur Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6
Effects, DSB Flux – Blast

Lower the opacity of this layer to 71

Duplicate and working on the copy
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bubbles

Lower the opacity of this layer to 46
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance (legacy)

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, Background to compliment your image
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Image, Free Rotate: left by 37 degrees
Use the nodes to stretch your text if needed, when happy, Convert to Raster

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as you used before
Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a JPG/PNG
