Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Dance With Me Tata
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Glammed Up kit by MellieBeans or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of PinUp Toons (Rion Vernon)
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO.
Please do not use Rion’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open e48 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate and working on the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
On the copy – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Basic Tab – Glow width: 3 / Soft Corners: 25 / Overall Opacity: 100 / Draw only outside selection: Checked
Color Tab – Choose the Fat preset, set both colors to White

Open e41 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Rename Frame

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Move below the Frame layer
Resize if needed – I resized by 85%
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 68 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: unchecked

Select the top part of your tube that is hidden by the Frame
Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
Erase any excess tube that is outside the frame
Move the promoted layer above the tube

Open e02 and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer above the frame
Position across the top of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on your tube

Open e10 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position towards the bottom of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow

Open e49, copy and paste as a new layer
Move below the flower layer
Drag down so just some of the leaves are above the flower
Erase any excess leaves that are below the flower
Apply the same drop shadow

Open e20 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position where it looks best
Apply the same drop shadow

Open e40 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move so its just above the frame layer
Move the ribbon up on your layer palette so it’s just below the butterfly

Activate your Frame layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 13.86 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Image, Increase canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top

Working on the top layer
Line it up with the original layers
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Saturation
Lower the opacity to 75

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background set to black
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, use the nodes to angle/stretch if required
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Use the same settings as before BUT remove the 2nd node from the Color Tab
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy)

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂

Another sample using the now retired art of Suzanne Woolcott. Font used on this sample is A Gentle Touch.
I recolored some of the elements to better match my tube, played about with the blend modes and added a slight texture to the merged layer.
