Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Mary Helen JF
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Tropical Dreams kit by MellieBeans or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Barbara Jensen
You can purchase her work and a license from her store, Barbara Jensen Tubes.
Please do not use Barbara’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open the Layer Mask and minimize for now
Open The Beach Background and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image
From the drop down menu find the Layer Mask, with these settings:

Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 85%, all layers unchecked

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize your tube if needed, I resized by 70%, all layers unchecked
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open the Shoreline from the kit and resize to 400 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position along the bottom of the canvas

Apply the mask as you did before
The resize by 85%, all layers unchecked
Rename Shoreline
Erase any tube that is below the Shoreline

Open the Sign and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move below your tube layer
Apply the same drop shadow as used on your tube
Erase any of the sign’s post that is below the Shoreline

Open the Palm Tree and resize to 275 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move the below the sign layer
Apply the same drop shadow again
Erase any palm tree that is below the Shoreline

Open Greenery Vine and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Position so it sits around the middle of the Shoreline

Apply the same drop shadow

Open Freesia and resize to  pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position along your Vine, where it looks best
Apply the same drop shadow

Carefully erase any Shoreline and Mask that is below the Vine
Delete your white background layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Line this up with the other layers
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 65

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name – use the nodes to angle/stretch your text if needed
When happy with the size and position, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Apply the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
