Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Inspiration
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Cluster Pack 2 by Monti

I used the awesome artwork of Amy Matthews
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Amy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open Frame 1 from the cluster pack
Press shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Resize if required, I resized to 385 pixels high, all layers checked
Increase your canvas size slightly, I increased to 400 x 400, central placement selected

Hide all layers – Layers, View, None
Activate and unhide the Frame layer
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the left

Activate and unhide the Fan layer
Duplicate the Fan
On the copy – Image, Mirror, then Image, Flip
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Fan
Set your foreground color to #8A7592
Select your Change to Target brush with these settings:
Shape: Square / Size: 390 / Hardness: 100 / Step: 10 / Density, Thickness & Opacity: 100 / Rotation: 0  / Mode: Color
Click once on your Fan layer to recolor
Apply the following drop shadow
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate and unhide the first Leaves layer from the bottom
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the right
Image, Flip
Position along the bottom of the frame
Apply the following drop shadow
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate and unhide the Tree layer
Move over so the trunk is central to the left edge of the frame

Apply the same drop shadow as used on the Leaves layer

Unhide the first Flowers layer from the bottom
It should be the small purple flowers that are sort of scattered at the top
Leave these exactly where they are
No drop shadow needed for this layer

Activate and unhide the Scatter
Move up a little bit so it overlaps the Leaves layer
Apply the following drop shadow
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: #8C7794 / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Move the Scatter down on your layer palette so it’s below the Leaves layer

Activate and unhide the next Flower up on your layer palette
This should be a single purple rose flower
Move over to the top right hand corner of the frame
Apply the following drop shadow
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate and unhide the first Flower Cluster from the bottom
Move this down the left hand bottom corner of the frame
You want it to cover the base of the tree and end of the leaves stem
No drop shadow is needed on this layer

Activate and unhide the second Flower Cluster
Move next to the previous Flower Cluster, slightly overlapping
Apply the same drop shadow as used on Flower layer

Activate your Fan layer
Open the paper from the cluster pack
Resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (Shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate your Frame layer and select inside
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Activate your paper layer and press delete
Selections, None

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed
Position so the head/top of tube it just above the frame

Apply the following drop shadow to your tube
V: 0 / H: 7 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top part of your tube

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original tube layer, press delete
Selections, None
Erase any of the tube that is below the frame at the bottom
On the promoted layer – Layers, Arrange, Bring to top

Activate your Frame layer
Apply the following drop shadow
V: 0 / H: 5 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Ensure you are on the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null and background to a color of choice
Create as a vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where you like
Use the nodes to stretch/angle if required
When happy with the size and position, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Repeat the drop shadow BUT change the color to your text color
Leave the other settings the same

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂

Another sample but this time I left the cluster frame ‘as is’. I used the art of Anna Liwanag, who is also licensed through CDO. The font used is International Palms.
