Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice  – I used Bisous
I. C. Net – Filters Unlimted 2
Cluster Pack 2 from Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Jessica Dougherty
I purchased this tube when Jessica was with CILM, you can now purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Jessica’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open Cluster Frame 2 and the paper from the pack
Minimise the paper for now
Press shift + D on the Cluster frame to duplicate
Close the original
Image, Resize to 375 pixels wide, all layer checked
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement checked

Delete the following layers:
Frame, 8 and 9

Activate 1
Layers, View, Current Only
Duplicate 1, then Mirror
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate again, then flip
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Frame

Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Move this layer below the Frame layer
Activate your Frame layer
Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Feather by 5 pixels
Copy and paste the paper you minimised into the selection
Selections, None

Activate your Frame again
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 7/ Opacity: 59 / Blur: 14.85 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Unhide and reposition the following layers to your liking
3, 4, 5, 6 and 10
Duplicate any you like
Add the following drop shadow to each layer
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
This is what I had

Activate 1
Image, Mirror then Flip
Position on the right side
Apply the same drop shadow as used on previous elements

Activate 11
Position where it looks best
I duplicated twice and positioned around the frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on previous elements

Activate Frame Back
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position within the frame where it looks best
Duplicate your tube
On the original, add a drop shadow of choice
I used the same as on my frame
Lower the opacity to about 75
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 15
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Activate Frame Back again
Selectios, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Activate and press delete on both tube layers
Selections, None

Crop away any excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement
On the merged layer apply the same Gaussian Blur as used on your tube
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 57

Remaining on the merged layer
Effects, Plugins, I.C.Net Software, Filters Unlimited 2
Choose the Paper Textures, then one of choice – I used Cardboard Box, Fine

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a dark color
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Position where it looks best
Convert to raster

Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Copy and paste the paper into the selection
Selections, None

Activate the original text layer and duplicate
On the original, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
On the middle layer – Effects, Image, Offset
H: 2 / V: 0
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 65%

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
