Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Desyrel
I.C Net Software – Filters Unlimited 2
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 356 by Vix
Get Wet AM5B kit by Hungry Hill or kit of choice

I used the awesome artwork of Nicole Brune
I purchased this tube when Nicole was with CILM, you can now purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Nicoles work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood will with white
Open Frame 3 and resize to 250 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer and flood fill the selected are with any color
Effects, Plugins, I.C. Net Software – Filters Unlimited 2
Select Render and choose Clouds {white/blue}

Rename Clouds

Activate your Frame layer
Open the Driftwood and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Driftwood
Position over the left hand side edge of the Frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 3 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Sandcastle and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sandcastle
Position along the bottom on the frame towards the right
Apply the same drop shadow as previously used

Open Shell 2 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Shell
Position in the gap between the Driftwood and Sandcastle
Apply the same drop shadow
Move the shell below the Sandcastle layer

Open Starfish 1 and resize to 97 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename starfish 1
Apply the same drop shadow as before
Move to the top of the layer palette
Position where it looks best

Open Starfish 3 and resize to 97 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Starfish 3
Apply the same drop shadow as before
Move below the Sandcastle layer to the left

Activate your top layer
Open the WordArt
Carefully erase all the text but the GET WET?
Copy and paste as a new layer
Image, Free Roate, 90 degrees to the right
Resize by 68%, all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best

Activate your white background
Add a new raster layer
Selections, All
Open the BONUS-sand paper, copy and paste into selection
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask365 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layer, Merge, Merge Group
Duplicate and Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate again and  Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Add a new raster layer above the masked layer
Flood fill with a blue color I used #3E8AFE
Apply the same mask with the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Duplicate and Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the bottom part of the blue masked layer

On the blue masked layer, press delete
Selections, Invert
Activate the sand masked layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate the blue masked layer again
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10

Activate the top layer and select your text tool, choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to #D4BCc88
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name – position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 25%

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Apply the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
