Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Brotherhood Script
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 10 by Vix
Chichi Designz portion of the CDO Summer Collab 2015

I used the awesome artwork of  Anna Liwanag
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Anna’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with #4EB2E6
Open Paper 2 from the kit and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask10 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Apply the same again using the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask

Open Element 1 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Circle 1
Duplicate and rename Circle 2
Activate Circle 1 again
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 61

Activate Circle 2
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6
Ensure blend mode is normal and opacity at 100
Effects, Image Effects, Offset

Repeat the offset on Circle 1 too

Activate Mask layer
Open Element 20 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sand 1
Move down and to the right slightly

Activate the Mask again
Open Element 19 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sand 2
Position just above Sand 1 and ensure there is no gap on the left side inside the circle

Activate Sand 1
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube 1
Resize if needed – I resized by 65%
Position so the face is with the circle layers

Duplicate your tube layer – rename Tube 2
On the copy – apply the same Gaussian Blur as before
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 61

Activate Circle 1 and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select outside the circle layer
Selections, Modify, Feather by 25 pixels
Activate Tube 2, press delete 4 or 5 times
Activate Tube 1, press delete 4 or 5 times
Selections, None

Activate Circle 2
Open Element 8 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Greenery
Position along the bottom of the circle layer
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 33 / Blur: 10 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Circle 2 again
Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select any circle you can see in front of the Greenery on the left

Press delete on Circle 1 and 2
Selections, None

Activate the blue background layer
Apply the same mask, with the same settings as you used at the start
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 95%, all layers unchecked
Repeat the resize again, with the same settings
Apply the same Gaussian Blur

Activate Greenery layer
Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
s-06
Apply the same drop shadow as used before
Duplicate your text layer
On the copy, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used throughout
Change the blend mode to Hard Light

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your taggers own watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
