Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Face of Yesterday
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask431 by Vix
Fallen mini kit by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Steve Baier
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Steve’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Paper 1 and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Open Paper 5 and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Open Paper 10 and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Hide the white background layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible – rename Mask

Unhide the white background layer
Activate the Mask layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask431 or mask of choice
Source lumiance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group – rename Mask (again)

Open Frame 5 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Select your Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Draw a selection round the frame

Open Paper 1 and resize to 300 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename P1
Move below the Frame layer
Open Paper 5 and resize to 300 pixles
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename P2
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Open Paper 10 and resize to 300 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename P3
Change the blend mode to Hard Light

Hide all layers except P1, P2 and P3
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible – rename Frame Back
Unhide all layers – layers, View, View All
Selections, Invert
Activate Frame Back and press delete
Selections, None

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename B Tube
Resize if needed – I resized by 65%, all layers unchecked
Position on the left edge – Image, Mirror if needed

Duplicate your tube – rename the copy T Tube
Working on T Tube
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6
Change the blend mode to Overlay
On B Tube change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)

Activate Frame Back
Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Activate T Tube and press delete
Activate B Tube and press delete
Selections, None

Activate Frame
Open Harp and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Harp
Position on the right side of the frame

Open WA1 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename WA
Position along the bottom of the frame

Open Rose and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position in front of the Harp at the bottom
Mine is slightly overlapping the wordart too

Apply the following drop shadow
V: 0 / H: 5 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
To the following layers:
Frame / Harp / WA and Rose

Delete your white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to top
Increase the canvas to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 6
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to 70

Select your text tool and choose your font
Foreground set to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best
Use the nodes to angle/stretch if required
When happy with size and position, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Apply the same drop shadow as used before

Add your artists copurights, scraps credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as jpg/png
All Done 🙂
