Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Allenois Free
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Mask 23 by Becky
Cluster Pack 7 (frame 1) by LHD Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Amy Brown
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Amy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open Frame 1 from the cluster pack
Press shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Working on your copy, resize to 375 pixels wide, all layers checked
Now increase the canvas to 400 x 400, central placement checked

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with grey #AAAAAA
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom – rename BG
Layers, View, View Current Only

Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 1
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Rename Green 1

Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 3
Rename Sparkles
Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 4
Rename Frame
Activate and unhide and LHD-Layer 2
Rename Flower 1
Move above the Frame layer
Position on the top right corner of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used before

Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 5
Move this to the left hand side of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow again
Rename Clock

Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 6
Apply the same drop shadow but change the blur to 15.84
Rename Ribbon

Activate and unhide LHD-Layer 7
Keep in position but move down below the Frame layer
Apply the same drop shadow but change the blur back to 7.92
Rename Green 2

Activate and Unhide layer 10
Image, Flip (or Image,  Mirror, Vertical)
Position on the top right corner of the frame
Move below Flower 1 and rename Flower 2
Apply the same drop shadow again

Delete LHD-Layers 8 thru 15
Activate Frame and grab your magic wand, with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Open the paper that came with the cluster pack
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Move Frame Back below the Frame layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position within the Frame above Frame Back
Apply the same drop shadow to your tube but change the Vertical t0 5 and the blur to 15.84

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top part of your tube that is hidden by the frame
Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original tube layer, press delete
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer to the top of your layer palette (Layers, Arrange, Send to Top)
Erase any excess tube that is showing to the bottom or sides

Activate the BG layer and add a new raster layer
Selections, All
Open the paper that cam with the cluster pack again
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Becky_Mask_023 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Reszie by 85%, all layers unchecked
Duplicate on the copy, Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Duplicate again
On the copy – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name
Use the nodes to stretch/angle your text of required
When happy, Convert to raster

Duplicate your text layer
On the original – Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 4
On the copy of text, Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the BG layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
