Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X7 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Brotherhood Script
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
WSL Mask230 & 239 both by Chelle
IB-AmyBrown-November2015-bt by Hungry Hill

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 2 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Main Frame
Duplicate, rename the copy Blur Frame
Working on the Blur Frame
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 4

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Main Tube
Position so the focal point is within the frame
Duplicate and apply the same gaussian blur to the copy
Rename the copy Blur Tube
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Activate Main Frame and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels and Invert
Activate your Main Tube and press delete
Activate Blur Tube and press delete
Selections, None
Activate your Main Frame again
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: White / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Main Frame
Open Ribbon 1 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position where it looks best on your frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on your frame BUT change the color to #303030

Open Star and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Star
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on your Ribbon layer

Activate your white background layer
Open Star-Scatter and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Scatter 1
Position towards the top of your frame
Duplicate and Image, Flip
Move down slightly if needed
Just position both so you are happy with them

Open Vine and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Vine
Position on the left of your Frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on your Ribbon

Activate your Star layer
Open Flutterby and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flutter
Position so it covers the bottoms of the vine
Activate the Vine and erase any excess vine from below the flutter

Activate your white background layer again
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 7
Resize to 300 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for WSL_Mask239 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 1

Open another paper of choice – I used paper 6
Resize to 300 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for WSL_Mask230 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Rename Mask 2

Activate your Flutter layer – this should be your top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground and background to the same color
Stroke width set to 1
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, use the nodes to stretch/angle your text if required
When happy, convert to raster
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 50%
Add noise again with the same settings but check Random
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Duplicate your text layer
On the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 4
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 40

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
