Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Dream Orphans and Honey Script
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Xmas Mask 02 by Designs By Vaybs
Early Snow kit by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of PinUp Toons
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use PinUp Toons’ work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with #7A7A7A
Open Diamond-Circle and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen

Open Star and resize 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Star
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Flake 2 and resize to 75 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flake 1
Move down below the Star layer and position behind it
Add the same drop shadow as used on the star

Open Flake 1 and resize to 75 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flake 2
Position in front of Flake 1
Add the same drop shadow

Open Jinglebell 1 and resize to 75 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Jinglebell
Position in front of the Star
Erase the string at the top of the bell and add the same drop shadow

Activate Frame
Open Ribbon 3 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position along the top of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow

Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the tail end of the ribbon

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original Ribbon layer, press delete
Selections, None
On the promoted layer – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top

Activate your background layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best, resize if needed, I resized by 75%
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Using your selection tool again with the same settings
Select the part of your tube you want in front of the Frame

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
On the promoted layer, move above the Frame layer
On your original tube layer, erase any excess tube from outside the frame

Activate your Frame layer and select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 10 pixels
Selections, Modify, Feather by 15 pixels
Activate your grey background layer and add a new raster layer
Copy and paste a paper of choice into the selection – I used paper 9
Selections, None
Rename Frame Back

Activate the grey background again
Open another paper of choice – I used paper 1
Resize to 300 pixels and copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for DBV Xmas Mask 02 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Erase any mask from the bottom of the frame

Select your preset shape tool and set it to ellipse
Set your foreground to any color, background set to null
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Objects, Align, Center in Canvas
Do Not Convert to Raster

Activate Frame Back
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Dream Orphans
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Place your mouse over the edge of the circle till you get a +A) or +T) symbol
Add your text of choice – I wrote ‘Happy Holidays’
Repeat the text so it goes round the circle
When happy, Convert to raster
Activate the vector circle and delete it
Activate your text and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: #EBE9E8 / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the top layer of your layer palette
Select your text tool again and choose a font – I used Honey Script
Set your foreground and background to the same color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Stroke width set to 1.5
Add your name, position where it looks best
Use the nodes to angle/stretch if required
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 14.85 / Color: Darker shade of your text color / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
