Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Image of Choice
Font of Choice
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
BigMask018 by Vix
Crazy Love kit (FTU) by Cinnamon Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Rebecca Sinz
You can purchase her work and a license from Elven Star
Please do not use Rebecca’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 40o x 400 and flood fill with grey (#606060)
Open Frame 5 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Select your Change to Target brush with these settings:
Shape: Square / Size: 25 / Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity: 100 / Step: 10 / Rotation: 0 / Mode: Color
Set your foreground to Black
Recolor the red parts of frame

Activate the background layer
Copy and paste your image of choice as a new layer – rename Image
Position within the frame
Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate the frame and select inside
Selections, Modify, Expand by 10 pixels
Activate the background layer, Selections, Promote to selection to layer
Keep selected
Selections, Invert and activate the image layer, press delete
Selections, None
Activate your Frame and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate your Image layer
Duplicate and working on the copy
Using your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select an area of the image, I selected the lips
Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
On the original layer, change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)

Open Frame 6 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Top Frame
Move this to the top of your layer palette – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Position where it looks best and add the same drop shadow
Using your freehand selection tool again (with the same settings)
Select a part of the frame

Open a paper of choice – I used paper 3
Copy and paste as a new layer
Move below Frame
Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
If needed to make the paper darker
Press Shift + G to open your Gamma Correction
Set all 3 values to 0.
Repeat this as many times as needed to get a shade you like, I did it twice

Open GlitterRose 2 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Move to the top of your layer palette – Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Add the same drop shadow as before
Position on the bottom corner of your Frame

Open Brad1 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Brad
Position just above the Rose
Move down below the Rose layer
Apply the same drop shadow again

Open Paper 4 and Paper 11
Copy and paste Paper 11 onto Paper 4 as a new layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy)
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged

Back on your main tag
Activate the background layer and add a new raster layer
Selections, All, Paste into selection
Selections, None
Resize by 85%, all layers Unchecked

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask018 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Activate the top layer on your layer palette – which should be the Rose
Select your text tool and choose a font
Set your foreground and background to the same color of choice
Stroke width set to 1.5
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, use the nodes to stretch/angle if needed
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
