Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used 84Rock, Ahoy Giverny and Witched
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Big Mask 001 by Vix
Midnight Dreams kit by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of  Dirk Richter
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Dirk’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with grey (#929292)
Open Frame 2 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Rename the copy – Frame Blur

Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate Frame and select inside it
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back

Open a paper of choice – I used paper 5
*optional* Image, Mirror the paper
Copy and paste the paper into the selection
Selections, None

Activate Frame Blur
Open Clock and resize to 185 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Clock
Position over the left side of the frame

Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Leaves 1 and resize to 225 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Position in the middle of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow

Open Sparkles and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sparkles
Position on the left side overlapping the leaves and clock

Open the Laterne and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Laterne
Position on the left side where it looks best
Apply the same drop shadow

Activate the grey background layer
Open Drops and resize to 325 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Drops

Activate the grey background layer again
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 8
Resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layer, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask001 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Activate your Frame layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer- rename Tube
Position your tube so it’s within the frame

Select your Change To Target brush with these settings:
Shape: Square / Size: 400 / Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity: 100 / Step: 10 / Roatation: 0 / Mode: Color
Set your foreground to #929292
Click once on your tube

Select your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top part of the tube that is behind the frame

Ensure you are on the Tube layer
Selections, Promote selection to layer, then Selections, None
On the promoted layer, move above the Frame Blur
Activate Frame Back – Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Activate Tube and press delete
Selections, None
Activate your Frame and add the same drop shadow

With your Frame layer still active
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used 84Rock
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your text of choice –  I wrote ‘MIDNIGHT’
Use the nodes to stretch/angle your text as required
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
md-04
Lower the opacity to 75

Activate the Laterne layer
Keep your text tool but change to another font – I used Ahoy Giverny
Keep your foreground on null, change your background to another color
All other settings the same
Add more text – I wrote ‘dreams’
Position slightly overlapping your previous text
Use the nodes to angle/stretch as required
When happy, Convert to raster
Apply the same Gradient Glow but change the color as required

Keep your text tool active and again change your font – I used Witched
Keep the settings the same
Add your name and position where it looks best
Use the nodes to angle/stretch if required
When happy, Convert to raster
Apply another Gradient Glow, these are the settings I used
md-05
Duplicate your text
On the copy, apply the Gaussian Blur with the same settings as before
Reduce the opacity to 65
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Apply the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
