Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Allessa Script, Chains and Bartilla
Frame 4 from G619 by the CDO Designers
MuRa’s Meister – Cloud
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Animation of Choice – I used Animation138 by SophisticatSimone

I used the awesome artwork of Amy Brown
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Amy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 4 and resize to 275 pixels high please
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, left 90 degrees

Activate the white background layer
Add a new raster layer  – name it Frame Back
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Cloud
Select the Thin Clouds option and if required change the BG color

Activate the Frame and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate Frame Back and press delete
Selections, None

Activate your Frame again
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize your tube if needed – I resized by 55%, all layers unchecked
Position towards the bottom of your Frame
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 35 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select any parts of your tube you want below the Frame

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original tube layer, press delete
Selections, None

Move the promoted layer below the Frame
Erase any tube you don’t want to see
I selected the areas to be deleted

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Allessa Script
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your text of choice – I wrote ‘Dreams’
Position where it looks best and convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Lower the opacity of this layer to about 65

Select your text tool again and change the font to another of choice – I used Chains
Keep your foreground on null, background set to the previous glow color
All other settings the same
Add the next part of your text – I wrote ‘& Wishes’
Move below your previous text layer
Position where it looks best and convert to raster
Apply the same Gradient Glow but change the color to that of your previous text
Reduce the opacity to 66

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background
Crop away any excess canvas
Activate your Frame and apply the same drop shadow as used on your tube

Select your text tool again and choose another font of choice – I used Barstilla
Foreground still set to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best and convert to raster
Duplicate and working on the original
Apply a gradient glow with your settings of choice – I used

Still on this layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 35%
Add the same drop shadow as used on your tube

Activate the copy of text
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Layers, Merge, Merge Down

At this point you can save as a jpg/png

To Animate
Activate your Frame Back layer
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Activate and unhide the white background layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate the Frame Back again
Layers, View, View All
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop (AS)
Edit, Paste as a new animation

In AS, open your animation of choice
Check how many frames your animation has
Double your frame back until it has as many frames as the animation
On your Animation – Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy
On your Frame Back – Edit, Select All, Edit, Paste into selected frame

Check your animation (Animation, View)
Change the speed if required

Back over to PSP
Layers, View, View All
Hide the Frame Back layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS – Edit, Paste as a new animation

On your Frame Back – Edit, Select All, Propagate Paste
Back to your other image (with your tube)
Edit, Copy and Edit, Paste into selected frame on your Frame Back image
Save as a gif file
All Done 😀
