Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Team MT
Xero – Radiance
DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
gr24Mask from the CDO Blog
Bitch Squad kit by Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Barbara Jensen
You can purchase her work and a license from Barbara’s tube store {here}
Please do not use Barbara’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Element 1 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Arrow
Drag down towards the bottom of the canvas
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 11.88 / Color: #1F1F1F / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Element 27 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Triangle
Position to the left side of your Arrow
Move down below the arrow layer
Add the same drop shadow

Activate your white background layer
Open Element 48 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Leave as is in the center of the canvas
Duplicate and working on the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Activate your Triangle layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube 1
Position behind the Arrow layer and in front of the Triangle

Duplicate your tube twice, for a total of 3 tube layers
Rename Tube 2 and Tube 3 (3 being the top copy)

Activate Tube 1
Adjust, Brightness & Contrast, Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -255 / Contract: 0 / Linear Mode: checked
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Activate Tube 2
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Radiance
Use the default settings

Activate Tube 3
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Select your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the bottom of the canvas about half way through the arrow

Activate each Tube layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate Tube 3
Open Element 25 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Using your selection tool, with the same settings as before
Draw a selection round the SQUAD text

Copy and paste as a new layer, Minimise for use later
Position along the top of the canvas
Duplicate and rename the copy Top Text and the original Bottom Text

Activate the Bottom
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Intensity: 30 / Mix: Checked

Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Carefully trace around the middle section of the text

Press delete on Bottom Text
Selections, Invert and press delete on Top Text
Selections, None
Activate Bottom Text, add the following drop shadow:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 60 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: #1F1F1F / Shadow on new layer: Checked
Hide layers 2 and 3

Open Element 25, Selections, Invert
Copy and paste the BITCH text as a new layer
Resize to 35%, all layers unchecked
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the Left
Position in front of the SQUAD text
Use the same drop shadow as before BUT uncheck the shadow on new layer

Activate your Tube 3 layer
Open Element 32 and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Text Ele 1
Position just above the arrow
Add the same drop shadow as used on the previous layer

Open Element 33 and resize to 35%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Text Ele 2
Position just above the previous layer
Add the same drop shadow again

Activate your white background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 12
Resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for gr24mask
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Open another paper of choice – I used paper 4
Again resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Apply the same mask with the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 38

Activate your Arrow layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Team MT
Set your foreground to null, background to black
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position in the arrow or where ever it looks best
Use the nodes to stretch/angle if required
When happy, Convert to raster

Using your selection tool
Select every other letter in your name
Using your manual color correction tool (mini tut Here)
Recolor the selected letters, these are the settings I used:

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 70 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: #1F1F1F / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
At this point your can save as a jpg/png
