Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Pretty Girls Script Demo
Two Moon – Cut Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
AAA Frame – Foto Frame
Fifty Shades of Romance CDO Collab – portion by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Michael Landefeld
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Michael’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 500 x 200
Open Paper 3, resize to 500 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG
Crop the canvas to 500 x 200
Duplicate the paper, rename the copy Cut Glass
Working on Cut Glass
Effects, Plugins, Two Moon – Cut Glass
rm-01
Reduce the opacity to about 80

Open Paper 5 and resize to 500 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Stripes
Select your selection tool and choose Custom Selection

Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
Duplicate and on the copy – Effects, Image Effects, Offset
rm-03
Duplicate again and repeat the Offset
Continue duplicating and the offset until you are all the way across the canvas
rm-04
Hide the BG and Cut Glass layers
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible the Stripes layers
Rename Stripes Top
Unhide BG and Cut Glass layers

Activate Stripes Top and duplicate
Rename the Copy of Stripes Top to Stripes Bottom
Move below Stripes Top
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
rm-05
Open Flora-1 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Image, Free Rotate. 40 degree to the left
Position where it looks best and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 5.00 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Flora-2 and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position where it looks best with your Leaves
Apply the same drop shadow

Open Flora-3, copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
You only want one of the roses, so position the one you want in front of the leaves

Erase all the excess flowers
Apply the same drop shadow as used before

Open Crocheted-Dangle and resize to 30%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Hearts
Position from the top coming down over the Leaves/Flowers
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Leaves layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position slightly behind the Flowers
Add the same drop shadow

Activate Cut Glass
Open your Close Up of your tube
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename CU
Position you can see it in the gaps
Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) and the opacity to 50
Duplicate and change the blend mode on the copy to Overlay
Keep the opacity of 50

Open Heart-Scatter
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Scatter
Position over the CU layers
Reduce the opacity to 81

Crop the canvas to 500 x 200
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer – rename Top 1
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Duplicate Top 1 and rename Top 2

Activate Top 2
Effects, Plugins, AAA Frame – Foto Frame
rm-07
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 12 pixels
Press delete, Selections, None

Activate Top 1
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Pretty Girls Script Demo
Foreground set to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
Use the nodes to stretch/angle if required
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
