Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Allessa Script
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Valentine Mask 13 & 15 both by Vix
PinUp Toons Scrap Bundle pkg 237 from Foxys Designz

I used the awesome artwork of Rion Vernon aka PinUp Toons
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Rion’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 2 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Open 2 complimentary paper of choice
I opened 10 and 11
Resize both to 350 pixels
Copy and paste each as a new layer
Move the Frame above the 2 paper layers

Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate the Frame layer
Select inside the left side
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3
Selections, Invert
Activate one of the paper layers and press delete
Selections, None
Repeat for the other side of the frame with the other paper

Activate the top paper
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Frame Back

Open Element 16 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wire
Position between the Frame and Frame Back layers
Move over to the right a little if needed

Activate the Frame
Open Element 6 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ball
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the right
Position the sweet end of the lollypop at the bottom of the right heart

Open Element 5 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaf
Move below the Ball layer
Position coming out from the top of the ball across the frame and wire
Erase any excess Leaf from below the ball

Activate the Ball layer
Open Element 21 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bow
Position in the middle of the 2 hearts of the frame
Activate the Ball layer
Erase any excess of the stick from the left side of the bow

With your Ball layer still active
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 85%, all layers unchecked
Position behind the Bow where it looks best
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 1 / H: 3 / Opacity: 55 / Blur: 11.88 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Erase any excess tube from below the Bow

Activate the Ball layer again
Open Element 19 and resize to 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position the bow part on the left at the top of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on the tube
Erase any excess Ribbon from above and to the right of the tube

Apply the same drop shadow to the following layer:
Ball, Leaf, Bow and Frame
On the Wire layer apply a slightly different shadow – I used:
V&H: 1 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 10 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Hide the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special Copy Merged
Activate the Ball layer
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
On the merged layer – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 8
Change the blend mode to Overlay

You can unhide and reflood fill the white background layer
With this the active layer
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 4
Resize to 250 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask_Valentine13
Layers, Merge, Merge Group – rename Mask 1
Erase any of the mask you can see on the left side of the tag

Open another paper of choice – I used paper 8
Resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_Mask_Valentine15
Layers, Merge, Merge Group – rename Mask 2
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked
Erase any of the mask you can see on the right side of the tag

Activate the Bow layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Allessa Script
Foreground set to null, background set to a color/paper of choice – I used paper 8
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best
Use the nodes to angle/stretch if required
When happy, Convert to raster

Duplicate and working on the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Add/Remove. Add Noise
Uniform & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 40%

On the copy
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel
ss-02
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Apply the same drop shadow as used on your tube

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
