Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Mighty Heart
Photo Effex – Scanlines
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Triangles 3 Mask from Creative Misftis Creations

I used the awesome artwork of Robert Alvarado
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Robert’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with grey #929292
Select your preset shape tool, set it to rectangle
Anti-Alias and Create as vector both checked
Width set to 4
Set your foreground to white, background set to null
Draw a rectangle in the middle of your canvas approx 92W x 240H
Objects, Align, Center in Canvas
Convert to raster and rename Frame 1

Activate your Grey background again
With your preset shape tool and the same settings
Hold down your shift key and draw a square approx 120 x 120
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15 degrees
Convert to raster and rename Frame 2
Move down towards the bottom of Frame 1

Duplicate Frame 2
Image, Mirror and move towards the top of Frame 1

With Copy of Frame 2 active
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Frame 2 if needed

Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside both parts of Frame 2
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame 2 Back
Flood fill with Black
Selections, None
Ensure Frame 2 Back is below Frame 2

Activate Frame 1
Grab your magic wand again with the same settings
Select inside Frame 1
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame 1 Back
Flood fill with Black
Selections, None
Ensure Frame 1 Back is below Frame 1

Activate Frame 2 Back
Copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer
Position within the lower frame of Frame 2

Rename Bottom Tube 1

Duplicate your tube
Position the copy within the top frame of Frame 2
Use a different part of the tube

Rename Bottom Tube 2

Activate Frame 2 Back
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Invert
Activate Bottom Tube 1 and press delete
Activate Bottom Tube 2 and press delete
Selections, None
Erase any of either tube that is covering the other one

With Bottom Tube 2 active
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Frame 2 Tube

Duplicate Frame 2 Tube
Working on the copy
Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur
Angle: 135 / Strength: 75
Repeat the Motion Blur again
Reposition the blurred layer

Activate Frame 2 Back
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Invert
Activate Copy of Frame 2 Tube and press delete
Selections, None

Change the blend mode of Copy of Frame 2 Tube to Overlay
Change the blend mode of Frame 2 Tube to Luminance (Legacy)

Activate Frame 1 Back
Copy and paste your tube again as a new layer – rename Frame 1 Tube
Position within Frame 1

Duplicate and working on the copy
Apply the same Motion Blur as used before
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Activate Frame 1 Back
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Invert
Activate Frame 1 Tube and press delete
Activate Copy of Frame 1 Tube and press delete
Selections, None

Hide both Frame 1 Tube and Copy of Frame 1 Tube
Activate Frame 1 Back
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Reflood fill with a complimentary color of choice
Unhide your two tube layers
Duplicate your Frame 1 Back
Move the copy between the two Frame 1 tubes
Effects, Plugins, Photo Effex – Scanlines

Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to about 59

Activate your background layer
Copy and paste your tube again as a new layer
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Wall paper Rotate at default settings
Crop your canvas to 400 x 400
Resize by 85%, all layers unchecked
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Triangles 3
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Duplicate your mask layer
Move the copy below Frame Back 1
Apply the same Motion Blur as used before
Reposition your mask if needed
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Effects, Edge Effects, Dilate
Repeat the Dilate again

Activate Frame 2
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 50%
Apply the same noise to Frame 1

Activate your top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Mighty Heart
Set your foreground to null and background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
Duplicate your text and working on the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
