Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Hellena Script
Xero – Porcelain
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
WSL Mask 218 by Chelle
If Wishes Were Fishes by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Nicole Brune
I purchased her work when she was signed with CILM, you can now purchase her art and a license from CDO
Please do not use Nicole’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 3 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90 degrees

Grab your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 10 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Open Paper 4 or one of choice
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Move Frame Back below the Frame layer

Activate the Frame layer
Open the Net and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Net
Position on the top left of the Frame
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 1 / Opacity: 25 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Flowers 2 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers
Image, Mirror
Position on the left side of the frame, so it overlaps the Net

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 1 / H: 3 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open the Pebbles and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pebbles
Position along the base of the frame
Apply the same drop shadow as used on the Flowers

Open Greenery 1 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Tree 1
Position on the left side of the frame
Add the same drop shadow

On Greenery 1 and click undo
Resize to 175 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Tree 2
Position over the top of the previous Tree
Add the same drop shadow

Open Shell 1 and resize to 125 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Shell 1
Position along the base of the frame where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Coral and resize to 75 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Coral
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Shell 3 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Shell 2
Position where it looks best and apply the same drop shadow

Activate the Net layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best, I mirrored my tube
Erase any excess tube left of the Trees
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 1 / H: 3 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Activate the Frame and add the same drop shadow BUT change the opacity to 30

Delete the white background
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Ensure this is the top layer (Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top)
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement checked
On the merged layer – Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Use the default settings
Apply the Porcelain again
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 59

Open a paper of chocie – I used paper 6
Resize to 340 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for WSL_Mask218 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Activate the top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Hellena Script
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name, position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Add the same drop shadow as used on the Tube BUT change the opacity to 70

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
