I used the awesome artwork of Maryline Cazenave
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 250 and flood fill with grey #AAAAAA
Add a new raster layer, name it Frame
Layers, Load/Save Selection, Load Selection from Disk
Look for JustFi-PumpkinSpiced
Source luminance and Replace selection both checked
Flood fill the selected area with white
Selections, None

Activate the grey background
Copy and paste your image as a new layer – rename Main Image
Position so it fills with 4 right sections
ps-01
Erase any that is in the two smaller sections
I selected the areas to be deleted
ps-02
Copy and paste your image again – rename Left Image
Position part within the both small sections
Resize your image if needed – I resized by 75%, all layers unchecked

Select your freehand selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Lower the opacity of the frame to about 38
Draw round the part of your image you want ‘outside’ the frame
ps-03
Selections, Promote Selection to layer
Selections, None
Move the promoted selection above the frame layer
Put the opacity of the frame back to 100

Activate Left Image
Erase any of the excess image from outside the small sections
Again I selected the area to be deleted
ps-04
Hide the Frame, Promoted layer and grey background
This should leave you the two image layer only
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Rename Base Image

Unhide the frame
Grab you selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select a couple of part of your image
ps-05
Selections, Promote selection to layer – rename Color
Selections, None

Unhide the hidden layers now (Layers, View, View All)
Activate Base Image
Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize
H: 147 / S: 0
Duplicate and working on the copy
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Use the default settings
Repeat the Porcelain again
Reduce the opacity to 65

Open your texture of choice
Resize to 600 pixels on the longest side
ps-06
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Texture
Rotate 90 degrees left if needed
Lower the opacity to 70

Activate the frame
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 10%
Add Noise again BUT check Random instead of Monochrome
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 0 / Opacity: 80 / Blur: 13.86 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate the promoted layer, this should be your top layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Freddy
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your text of choice – I wrote ‘PUMPKIN SPICED’
Position within the small top left section of the frame
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
ps-07
Keep your text tool active and change the font – I used Illusias
Keep all your settings the same
Add your name and position where it looks best
Convert to raster

Duplicate the text layer and on the copy
Using your Manual Color Correction tool (mini tut here) change the color to white or a color of choice
Effects, Image Effects, Offset
ps-08
Activate the original text layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 2 / Opacity: 70 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as a jpg/png
