Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used The Heart Of Everything
Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass
RD_MaskSet70_Mask1 by Rachel
Falling For You by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Maryline Cazenave
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Maryline’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Paper 11 and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_MaskSet70_Mask1 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group – rename Mask 1

Open Paper 10 and resize to 350 pixels
Apply the same mask, with the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group – rename Mask 2
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Open WA-3 and resize 300 pixels high
Erase the top and bottom corners of the wordart
I selected the areas to be deleted

Copy and paste as a new layer – rename WA
Position towards the top of the masked area
Reduce the opacity to 75

Open Leaf-Heart and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 45 / Blur: 4.95 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open the moss-bit and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Moss
Position along the bottom area of the tag
Erase the part that drops down from the rest
I selected the area to be deleted

Add the same drop shadow BUT set the V to 0

Activate the Frame layer
Open leaves-2 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves 1
Rotate right by 90 degrees
Position so you can just see the bottom edge of the leaves from beneath the moss
Add the same drop shadow as used on the Moss

Open Branch and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves 2
Image, Mirror, then Image, Flip
Position overlapping Leaves 1
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the V to 4

Activate Moss
Open apple-basket and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename AppleBasket
Position to the left side of the Moss
Add the same drop shadow as used on Leaves 2
Activate Leaves 2 and erase any stem you can see at the left side of the apple basket

Activate Frame
Open birdhouse and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Birdhouse
Position on the left behind the apple basket
Add the same drop shadow BUT set the V back to 2

Activate Moss
Copy and paste your tube as new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 175 pixels wide, All layers Unchecked
Position so it’s sitting on the moss
Add the same drop shadow BUT change the H to 5

Open Glimmer and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Glimmer
Image, Flip and position along the top of your tag
Duplicate and set the blend mode to Screen

Delete the white background
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Canvas Size, increase to 400 x 400, central placement selected

On the Blur layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Reduce the opacity to 65

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used The Heart Of Everything
Set your foreground to null, Background set to black
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, Convert to raster
Selections, All, Float, Defloat

Open a paper of choice – I used Paper 10, resize to 300 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position the paper where it looks best within the selected text area
Selections, Invert and press delete
Selections, None
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Activate your original text layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 3
On the paper text layer – Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename Text

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
