Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Tweety Lite and Aqualita
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Claire mini kit by SophisticatSimone Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of Rion Vernon aka PinUp Toons
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Rion’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open e-026 and resize to 350 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 65 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open e-038 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Clock
Move below the BG layer and position so you can just see the edge on the right side
sg-01
Add the same drop shadow

Open e-017 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Position on the left coming out from behind the BG
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Clock layer and duplicate
Move the copy above the BG layer
Resize by 50%, all layers unchecked
Position on the bottom left where it looks best

Open e-003 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Blue Flowers
Position in front on the Copy of Clock so you can still see the top of the clock
Add the same drop shadow

Open e-030 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position so it’s sitting on the clock
sg-02
Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Open e-027 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cluster
Position along the bottom edge on the right side
Add the same drop shadow again

Activate the Blue Flowers layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed – I resized by 50%, all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Add the same drop shadow to the original

Delete the white background layer
Crop away all the excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Rename Top Blur
Image, Increase Canvas Size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Apply the same Gaussian Blur
Change the blend mode to Color (legacy) and reduce the opacity to 70

Image, Resize by 85%, all layers checked
Image, Increase Canvas Size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Select your preset shape tool with these settings:
Shape: Elipse / Anti-Alias & Create as Vector: Checked / Line style: Solid

Do Not Convert

Add a new raster layer – name it Delete Me
Select your tex tool and choose a font – I used Tweety Lite
Set your foreground to null, Background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Place your curser over the edge of the vector circle
When you get a +A) or +T) symbol, click and add your text, I wrote ‘Seasons Change’

Convert to raster
Delete the Delete Me and Vector Circle layers

Add your name and position where it looks best
Add the same gradient glow, changing the color if required
Add the same Inner Bevel and Drop Shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
