Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do

I didn’t use any artwork in this tutorial, only the elements from the kit 🙂

Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Open a paper of choice – I used pp1
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None

Activate the grey background layer
Open 20 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Glow
Position on the top left corner of the frame

Duplicate and move the copy down to the bottom right corner of the frame

Rename Glow again

Activate the Frame layer
Open 8 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Broom
Position on the right side of the frame, as if it’s leaning on it

Open 10 and resize to 175 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Crow
Position so his tail is overlapping the broom
Add the same drop shadow

Open 7 and resize to 100 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pumpkin
