Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Ladybug
MuRa’s Meister – Cloud
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Big Mask 018 by Vix
IB-PinUpToons-October2016-bt by LHD Scraps

I used the awesome artwork of PinUp Toons (Rion Vernon)
You can purchase his work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Rion’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas and flood fill with white
Add a new raster layer
Set your foreground to #006D8F and your background set to Black
Flood fill your new layer with the blue
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Cloud
Use the default settings
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for Vix_BigMask018 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Open Ele27 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Cluster
Move your mask layer over the right a little so you can just see it on the left of the cluster

Activate the cluter layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 0 / H: 3 / Opacity: 47 / Blur: 5 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Ele13 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Image, Flip
Move below the Cluster layer
Position so its in the gap on the right of the cluster

Reduce the opacity to 80
Add the same drop shadow

Open Ele7 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Smoke
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90 degrees
Position to the left of the Cluster, below the Cluster and Leaves layers
Select your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top area of the smoke above the top of the tree

Selections, Modify, Feather by 15 pixels
Press delete a couple of times on your Smoke layer
Selections, None
Don’t worry about the bottom part

Activate the Cluster layer
Open Ele29 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Moon
Position over the Leaves
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5

Open Wordart and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wordart
Position along the base of the cluster
Activate Smoke and erase any that is below or to the left of the Wordart
I selected the area to be deleted

Open Ele14 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position behind the wordart where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any that is below the wordart

Open Ele6 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flowers
Position again behind the Wordart/Rose where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow
With your selection tool, same settings as before
Select the flowers on the right end

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer above the wordart

Activate the Cluster
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if required, I resized by 75%, all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best
Erase any tube that is below the Wordart
Add the same drop shadow

Delete the white background
Crop away all excess canvas
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Layers, Arrange, Bring to top
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 65
Duplicate and on the copy, change the blend mode to Color (legacy)
Leave the opacity at 65

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Ladybug
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credit and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any exess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
