Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Marguerite
Filters Unlimited 2 – Paper Textures
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
CDO Autumn Collba 2016 – I used Foxys Designz portion

I used the awesome artwork of Sheena Pike
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Sheena’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Element16 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Back

Open Frame 2 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Activate Back and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Click outside the Back
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert
Add a new raster layer – name it Back Paper
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 5
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Move Back Paper below the Back layer

Activate Back
Open Element11 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Big Flower
Position on the bottom left corner of the frame
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 3 / Opacity: 47 / Blur: 8.91 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Erase any flower from outside the frame

Open Element24 and resize to 150 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pumpkin
Position on the right side of the frame
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any Pumpkin that is outside the frame

Open Element2 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Branch
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90 degrees
Position so just the fruit are sitting on the bottom of the frame

Add the same drop shadow
Erase any excess from outside the frame

Open Element17 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 2
Position on the bottom left corner of the frame
Add the same drop shadow and erase any from outside the frame

Activate the Pumpkin layer
Open Element21 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer- rename Bush
Position between the Pumpkin and Large Flower layers
Add the same drop shadow

With the Bush layer still the active one
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best
Resize if needed, I left mine as is
Add the same drop shadow and erase any tube from outside the frame
Add the same drop shadow to both Frame and Back layers

Delete the white background layer
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Line this layer up with your other layers
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Effects, Plugins, Filters Unlimited 2 – Paper Textures
Choose one that suits your tag, I used Canvas, Fine (default settings)
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Reduce the opacity if needed, I set mine to 60

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Marguerite
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout
Move below the top layer

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away nay excess canvas
Save as jpg/png
All Done 😀
