Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Amoky Typeface, Ambassador and Amber Light
DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
RD_MaskSet128_Mask3 by Rachel
JenniferJanesko-Package-173 by Foxys Designz

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Element47 and resize to 250 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Activate your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3 pixels
Add a new raster layer – name it Frame Back
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 1
Copy and paste into the selection
Selections, None
Move the Frame Back below the Frame layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 65%, all layers unchecked
Position the face in the frame
Activate the Frame Back layer
Selections, All, Float, Defloat, Invert
Activate the Tube layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate Frame Back
Duplicate and move the copy above the Tube
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Activate the Frame
Open Element48
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Key
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90 degrees
Position along the base of the Frame
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Intensity: 25 / Mix: Click Once
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 52 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Element4 and resize to 125 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position on the edge of the frame overlapping the Key
Add the same drop shadow

Open Element45 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flutter
Position on top of Flower 1

Open Element3 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 2
Move down below the Frame Back layer
Position so it’s coming out from behind Flower 1
Add the same drop shadow as before BUT change the Blur to 1.96

Activate the white background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 9 and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for RD_MaskSet128_Mask3 or one of choice
Source luminance, Fit to canvas and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2

Open Element42
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position where it looks best – do not resize

Apply the same mask to this layer, using the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 85%, all layers unchecked

Activate the top layer on your layer palette
Select your text tool and choose a bold font – I used Amoky Typeface
Set your foreground to null, background to black
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type out ‘BLACK’ all in caps
Position along the top of the frame and convert to raster
Duplicate and on the original
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2

Choose another font, this time a script style – I used Ambassador
Keep the settings the same but change the background color to a gold shade
Type out ‘& Gold’
Position slightly overlapping the previous text and convert to raster
Add the same Bright Noise as used earlier
Duplicate and on the copy change the blend mode to Screen
Reduce the opacity to 69
On the original, add the same drop shadow, putting the blur back to 3.96

Delete the white background layer
Crop away all excess canvas
Hide both Black text layers
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer – rename Blur
Layers, Arrange, Send to Top
Increase the canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Unhide the 2 Black text layers

Activate the Blur layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 7
Change the blend mode to Overlay

Select your text tool again, choose another font if required – I used Amber Light
Keep the settings the same, changing the background color if required
Add your name and position where it looks best
Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Same settings as before
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
