Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Legendaria
DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Winter Jewels by Caritas Creationz

I used the awesome artwork of Jamie Kidd
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Jamie’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open 14 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate and on the copy – Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Duplicate again and on the copy – Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Rename this layer BG
Duplicate and rename the copy – BG Blur
Move below the BG layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2

Activate BG
Duplicate 3 times rename the copies 1, 2 and 3
Activate 3 – Effects, Plugins, DBS Flux – Bright Noise
Intensity: 36 / Mix: Click Once
Hide this layer
Activate 2, repeat the Bright Noise, clicking Mix once again
Hide this layer
Activate 1, repeat the Bright Noise, clicking Mix once again

Open f1 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Copy and paste 14b as a new layer – rename Frame Back
Move below the Frame layer
Activate the Frame and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select outside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Activate Frame Back and press delete
Selections, None

Activate, but keep hidden 3
Open 28 and resize to 275 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wings
Image, Free Rotate 3 degrees to the left
Duplicate and on the copy, apply the same Gaussian Blur as used before
Lower the opacity to about 70
On the original, apply a drop shadow of choice, I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 35 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open 21 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Fan
Position along the base of the frame to the right
Add the same drop shadow

Open 7 and resize to 125 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose
Position on on the base of the frame on the left side
Add the same drop shadow

Open 49 and resize to 250 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Chain
Position along the left side of the frame
Add the same drop shadow

Open 9 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Rose 2
Position overlapping Rose and Fan in the middle
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Frame
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 65%, all layers unchecked
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow
Duplicate and on the original, apply the same Gaussian Blur
On the copy reduce the opacity to 55
Erase any tube that is below the cluster of elements

Activate the Rose 2 layer
Open 30 and resize to 200 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wordart
Position over the Rose, Rose 2 and Fan layers
Add the same drop shadow

Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Activate Chain and select the far left end of the strand that is under your wordart

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer above the wordart

Open 15 and resize to 100 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Ribbon
Position at the top of the chain
Add the same drop shadow

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Legendaria
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position along the base overlapping the wordart
Convert to raster
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 15%
Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Hide the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
At this point you can save as jpg/png

To Animate
Unhide the white background
Ensure layers 2 and 3 are both hidden
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop – Edit, Paste as a new animation

Back to PSP
Hide 1 and unhide 2
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame

Back to PSP
Hide 2 and unhide 3
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Over to AS
Edit, Paste after current frame
Save as a gif file
All Done 😀
