Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X8 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – Angelilife
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
MPM_Mask50 by Millie
Believe kit by TK Dezigns

I used the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Elias’ work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Open Frame 1 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame
Image, Free Rotate, 90 degrees to the right

Copy and paste your Tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 70%, all layers unchecked
Position within the frame so the top of the tube is above the frame

Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 35 / Blur: 7.92 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the bottom part of the tube

Selections, Promote selection to layer
On the original, press delete
Selections, None
Move the promoted layer below the Frame
Rename Bottom Tube
Erase any of the tube that is outside the frame

Activate the white background layer
Open a paper of choice I used paper 12
Copy and paper as a new layer – rename Frame Back
Activate the Frame and select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select outside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5 pixels
Selections, Invert – activate your Frame Back layer and press delete
Selections, None

Activate the white background layer
Open element 16b
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower
Position behind the top left corner of the frame
Duplicate the Flower and on the original layer
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 8
On the copy – Apply the same drop shadow as used on your tube

Open element 2
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Snowflake
Position coming out from behind the frame on the Right
Add the same drop shadow

Activate the Tube layer
Open wordart 1 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Wordart
Position just below the middle of your tube

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Open element 12 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bauble 1
Position on one side of the frame
Move below the Tube layer
Add the same drop shadow

Open element 13 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste asa new layer – rename Bauble 2
Position on the opposite side of the frame
Add the same drop shadow again

Delete the white background layer
Crop away all excess canvas
Image, Increase your canvas size to 400 x 400, central placement selected
Open a paper of choice – I used paper 9
Resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layer, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for MPM_Mask90 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Activate the Wordart layer
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Angellife
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
Convert to raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add your artists copyright, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
