Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used I Love Christmas
BigMask001 by Vix
MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Rebecca Sinz
You can purchase her work and a license from ElvenStar Art Tubes
Please do not use Rebecca’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with white
Select your preset shape tool with these settings:
Shape: Ellipse / Anti-Alias & Create as Vector: Checked / Line style: Solid Width: 5
Set your foreground to black, background set to null
Draw a circle appox: 250 x 250
Objects, Align, Center in Canvas
DO NOT CONVERT TO RASTER

Duplicate and on the original, Convert to raster
Rename Solid Circle
Duplicate again and rename the copy Delete Me
Hide both layers for moment

On the copy, click the + sign
Right click on the indented layer and select properties
Change the Line Style to one of choice – I used Small Dash
Reduce the Width to 2

Convert to raster
Rename Dashed Circle

Select your Freehand Selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to point / Mode: Add (shift) / Feather & Smoothing: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the top part of your Dashed Circle

Activate and Unhide Solid Circle
Press delete
Selections, Invert
Activate Dashed Circle and press delete
Selections, None

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position where it looks best within the circles
Duplicate your tube
Working on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 8
Change the blend mode to Overlay – rename Blur Tube

Select your preset shape tool again but with these settings:
Shape: Rectangle / Anti-Alias & Create as Vector: Checked / Line style: Solid
Set your foreground to null, background to a light grey #EBEBEB
Draw an horizontal rectangle across the circle, wider than the circle

Duplicate and on the original, convert to raster
Rename Solid Rectangle

On the copy, click the + sign
Right click on the indented layer and select properties
Change the Line Style to one of choice – I used Small Dash
Reduce the Width to 2
Turn the background off and set the foreground to white
Convert to raster and rename Dashed Rectangle

Activate Sold Rectangle
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Activate the Tube layer- Selection, Promote Selection to layer
On Tube layer, press delete
Keep Selected
Activate the white background layer – Selections, Promote Selection to layer
Selections, None
Rename the promoted tube layer – Grey Tube
Rename the promoted white background layer – Tube BG

Activate Grey Tube and change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Activate Solid Rectangle and change the blend mode to Soft Light

Activate the Delete Me layer
Select your magic wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select outside the circle
Selections, Modify, Expand by 2 pixels
Activate Solid Rectangle and press delete
Activate Dashed Rectangle and press delete
Selections, None

Activate Delete Me again
Select inside with your magic wand, same settings as before
Selections, Modify, Feather by 10 pixels
Activate Tube BG and press delete
Press delete on Grey Tube, Tube and Blur Tube layers
Selections, None
Delete the Delete Me layer now

Activate Dashed Rectangle
Apply a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 1 / Opacity: 55 / Blur: 1.98 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Add the same drop shadow to Dashed Circle layer too

Activate Solid Circle
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5
Apply the same drop shadow to the original layer

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Effects, Plugins, MuRa’s Meister – Copies
Choose the Wall paper* Rotate, at the default settings
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk
Look for VIx_BigMask001 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to canvas and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Resize by 90%, all layers unchecked

Activate the top layer on your layer palette
Select your text tool and choose a font – I used I Love Christmas
Set your foreground to null, background to a color or choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position within the rectangle
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used throughout

Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the white background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
