Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Pathout
Cruise Mini kit by Hungry Hill

I used the awesome artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Jasmine’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 200 and flood fill with white
Open Paper 10, copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG1
Crop canvas to 600 x 200
Duplicate BG1 and working on the copy
Effects, Plugins, Pixelate – Sector Mosaic
Set both values to 25
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Rename Copy of BG1 to BG2

Open Net and resize to 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Net
Position on the left side of the canvas
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 40 / Blur: 5.94 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Sand and resize to 600 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Sand
Effects, Image Effects, Offset
Horizontal Offset: 0 / Vertical Offset: -110 / Custom & Transparent: Checked

Open Splash and resize to 600 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Splash
Effects, Image Effects, Offset
Horizontal Offset: 0 / Vertical Offset: -55 / Custom & Transparent: Checked
Lower the opacity to 70

Open Beach Grass and resize to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grass
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow as used on the net

Open Beach Grass 2 and reszie to 350 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Grass 2
Move below Grass layer where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open Clouds and copy and paste as a new layer
Move up so it’s almost off the canvas
Rename Clouds

Open Pebbles
Using your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select a small portion of the pebbles
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Pebbles
I did this a further two times with different sections
Position where they look best on your tag
Add the same drop shadow to all Pebble layers

Activate Splash layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if required, I left mine as is
Position where your tube looks best
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 10
Change the blend mode to Overlay
On the original – Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 5 / H: 8 / Opacity: 76 / Blur: 23.76 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Crop the canvas to 600 x 200
Edit, Copy Special, Copy Merged
Edit, Paste as a new layer – Rename Frame
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Selections, All, Modify, Select Selection Borders

Selections, Invert and press delete
Keep Selected
Add a new raster layer name it Frame 2
Flood fill with Black
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels
Press delete
Selections, None

Activate Frame
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Pathout
Set your foreound to null, background to a color/paper/gradient of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels
Selections, Invert and Promote Selection to layer
Selections, Invert, Expand by 2 pixels

Add a new raster layer – name it Glass
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 5: Impact – Glass

Selections, None

Move the promoted layer above the Glass layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise
Gaussian & Monochrome: Checked / Noise: 25%
*Optional* Press Shift + D to open the Gamma Correction
Set all 3 values to 0.70

Activate the original text layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 75 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Save as a jpg/png
All Done!

Some matching snags 🙂 just right click and save as
