Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 and flood fill with Grey #AAAAAA
Open Ele13 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Glitter
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 3 / Opacity: 43 / Blur: 9.90 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Open Ele12 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Feather
Position on the right side of the Glitter
Move below the glitter layer
Add the same drop shadow but change the color to Grey #505050

Open Ele4 and resize to 300 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Bracket
Position on the left side
Add the same drop shadow, keeping the color set to grey

Activate Glitter
Open Ele11 and resize to 150 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Flower 1
Position on the bottom left

Add the same drop shadow again
Duplicate and rename the copy Flower 2
Resize by 75%, all layers unchecked
Move over to the right slightly, so it’s overlapping Flower 1 and the base of the Feather

Open Ele5 and resize to 200 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaf
Image, Mirror
Move below Flower 1 and position behind Flower 1 where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Position where it looks best behind the Flowers
Duplicate and on the copy – Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 5.50
Change the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to about 79
On the original Tube layer
Effects, Plugins, Xero – Porcelain
Use the default settings BUT change the Blue Channel to 0
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 5 / Opacity: 50 / Blur: 9.90 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
Erase any of both tube layers from below the Flowers

Activate the grey background layer
Open a paper of choice – I used paper2
Resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 1
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask form Disk
Look for RD_MaskSet129_Mask2 or mask of choice
Source luminance, Fit to layer and Hide all mask: Checked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Go back to the paper and resize to 350 pixels
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Mask 2
Apply the same mask, with the same settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Activate Flower 2 and select your text tool and choose a font – I used Sweet Mia
Set your foreground to null, background set to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3.1 – Glass

Duplicate and on the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 1.25
Activate the copy
Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Add you artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 🙂
