Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Fonts of Choice – I used Covered By Your Grace, FFF Harmony and Janda SnickerDoodles
DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

I used the awesome artwork of Mandy’s Art
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Mandy’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas 600 x 125 and flood fill with white
Set your foreground to a dark color from you tube
Set your background to a lighter shade of the same color
Change your foreground to a fore/back gradient mix
Style: Linear / Angle: 90 / Repeats: 1 / Invert: Checked
Add a new raster layer and name it BG 1
Flood fill with your gradient

Effects, Distortion Effects, Pixelate

Duplicate and on the copy – Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Rename the copy BG 2

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename BG Tube
Change the blend mode to Soft Light
Position so the focal point on your tube is in the middle of the canvas
Grab your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the middle are of your tag, where the pixelate doesnt show

Selections, Modify, Feather by 10 pixels
Selections, Invert
On your BG Tube press delete
Selections, None

Add a new raster layer and name it Frame
Open your gradient and uncheck the Invert box
Flood fill the new layer with the gradient
Selections, All, Modify, Contract by 2 pixels and press delete
Selections, None
Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Intensity: 15 / Mix: Click Once

Increase your canvas size to 600 x 250
Choose the central placement BUT change the Bottom to 50

Activate the Frame and add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V&H: 2 / Opacity: 30 / Blur: 3.96 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Copy and paste your tube again as a new layer – rename Top Tube
Resize if needed, I resized to 35%, all layers unchecked
Position on one side of the BG Tube
Duplicate and Image, Mirror
Layers, Merge, Merge Down – rename Top Tube again
Add the same drop shadow as used on the frame

Select your text tool and choose a font – I used Covered By Your Grace
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Type out ‘Quackers
Position along the top of your frame
Convert to raster
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Add the same drop shadow as used previously BUT change the V to 0
Move this below the Top Tube layer

Still with your text tool, select a pixel font – I used FFF Harmony
Set the background color to the color you used for your glow
Turn your Anti-Alias OFF and set the size to 8
Other settings the same
Type out ‘let’s go
Position so it’s near the previous text and convert to raster
Add the same gradient glow but change the glow color to the color of your previous text

Choose another font – I used Janda SnickerDoodle
Keep your settings the same BUT turn your Anti-Alias back on
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster and apply the same gradient glow
Add the same drop shadow

Add your artists copyright and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
