Sublime Love

Supplies needed:
PSP – I used X9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice – I used Fredly Alternates Bold
Eye Candy 6: Text Selection – Gradient Glow
For Your Love kit by Chaos Priestess

I used the awesome artwork of Jennifer Janesko
You can purchase her work and a license from CDO
Please do not use Jennifer’s work without purchasing a license first.

Let’s Start
Open a new canvas size 550 x 550 and flood fill with grey #AAAAAA
Open FYLFrameEl01 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame

Open a paper of choice, I used FYLPaper04
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame Back 1
Do Not Resize
Move below the Frame layer
Position where it looks best behind the Frame
Activate the Frame layer and select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Mode: Add (shift) / Match Mode: RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather: 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias: Checked
Select inside the Frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 7 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate the Frame Back 1 layer and press delete
Selections, None

Open FYLFoliageEl03 and resize to 300 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Leaves
Position on the left side of the Frame, so you can see part of the Leaves
Move below the Frame Back 1 layer
Add a drop shadow of choice – I used:
V: 2 / H: 4 / Opacity: 62 / Blur: 6.93 / Color: Black / Shadow on new layer: Unchecked

Activate Frame Back 1
Open FYLButterflyEl03
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Frame Back 2
Position within the frame
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Activate the Frame layer
Apply the same drop shadow as just used

Open FYLKeysEl01
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Keys
Position along the frame

Add the same drop shadow

Select your selection tool with these settings:
Selection type: Rectangle / Mode: Add (Shift) / Feather: 0 / Anti-Alias: Checked
Select the part of the Keys where it overlaps the Frame

Selections, Promote Selection to Layer
On the original Keys layer, press delete
Selections, None

On the Promoted Selection – rename Lower Keys
Move below the Frame layer
Activate Keys and erase any that are below the frame
I selected the area to be deleted on this screen shot

Open FYLHeartEl03 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Hearts
Position along the base of the frame
Add the same drop shadow

Open FYLHeartEl01 and resize to 100 pixels wide
COpy and paste as a new layer – rename Red Heart
Position on the left on top of the Hearts, where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow

Open FYLBranchEl01 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Branch
Position along the Hearts at the base of the frame
Add the same drop shadow

Activate Keys layer
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer – rename Tube
Resize if needed, I resized by 65%, all layers unchecked
I also Mirrored my tube (Image, Mirror)
Position where it looks best
Add the same drop shadow
Erase any tube you can see below the Hearts/Branch layers

Open FYLGlitterEl03 and resize to 375 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Glitter
Position towards the top left of your frame
Now Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Move up above the grey background layer

Open FYLBackdropEl02 and resize to 400 pixels wide
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename BG
Position so you can see more on the right side than the left
Move below the Glitter layer

Activate Branch
Open FYLButterflySparkleEl02 and resize to 375 pixels high
Copy and paste as a new layer – rename Butterfly
Image, Mirror and position where it looks best

Select your text tool and choose a font – I ised Fredly Alternated Bold
Set your foreground to null, background to a color of choice
Create as vector and Anti-Alias both checked
Add your name and position where it looks best
When happy, convert to raster
Duplicate and working on the original
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 6: Text Selection – Gradient Glow

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur – radius set to 2
On the copy – Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Add your artists copyrights, scrap credits and your own taggers watermark as a new layer
Delete the grey background layer
Crop away any excess canvas
Save as a jpg/png
All Done 😀
